The Leadership Team
The Leadership Team will serve as the driving force behind DreamHouse for the 2026–2027 school year. Grounded in our mission, vision, and DreamHouse Core Competencies, this team will ensure that every decision reflects who we are, what we believe, and what we want for every student.
The team will lead the development of rigorous, standards-aligned learning while ensuring that students receive the academic, social, and emotional support they need to thrive. Through our LEAD lens, leaders will model and strengthen leadership, belonging, resilience, responsibility, collaboration, and care throughout our school community.
By aligning curriculum, instruction, assessment, intervention, professional learning, and schoolwide systems, the Leadership Team will bring DreamHouse’s mission and vision to life. Together, we will create a consistent and meaningful educational experience that prepares every student to succeed academically, grow personally, and lead with purpose.
